Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Any registered business with a valid reseller certificate or business license may apply. We work with boutiques, gift shops, K-pop and pop culture stores, specialty retailers, and curated online shops.
Is there a fee to apply?
No — applying for a wholesale account is completely free. There are no sign-up or membership fees.
How long does the approval process take?
Our wholesale team reviews applications within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons — around new collection launches or holidays — this may extend slightly. You will receive an email with your approval decision either way.
Can I apply if I'm a new business?
Yes, new businesses are welcome to apply. We may ask for additional information such as your store's social media or website to get a better sense of your business. New accounts are typically approved at our entry tier to start.
Pricing & Payment
How are wholesale prices determined?
Wholesale prices are set as a discount off the suggested retail price (MSRP). Your discount level is based on your account tier, which is determined by your annual purchase volume. Pricing is automatically applied when you log in to the wholesale portal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept ACH bank transfers and wire transfers for large orders. Qualified accounts may apply for Net 60 payment terms — speak to your account manager for details.
Can I use wholesale pricing on sale or already-discounted items?
Wholesale pricing applies to full-price items in the wholesale catalog. Clearance or promotional items may carry different terms. Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.
Are samples available before I place a full order?
Yes, sample requests may be considered for approved wholesale accounts upon review, depending on the projected order volume. Please reach out to your account manager to discuss your specific needs before committing to a bulk order.
Orders & Shipping
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. Minimum order will be $5,000.
Where do orders ship from and how long does delivery take?
All wholesale orders are fulfilled from our New Jersey or California warehouse depending on stock availability and partner's location. Packing will be ready around 2 weeks after the order submission confirmation.
Once the order is ready for shipment, partners are responsible for arranging their own pickup. However, for orders of $50,000 or more, we will arrange and provide complimentary shipping.
Can I return or exchange wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are generally final sale. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery with photo documentation.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Drop shipping is not part of our standard wholesale program. High-volume partners may discuss custom fulfillment arrangements with their account manager on a case-by-case basis.

How do I check my account status or order history?

I've shopped both in-store and online — do I have multiple accounts?
No — your wholesale account is tied to your business email address across all LINE FRIENDS SQUARE touchpoints. As long as your email address is consistent, all orders are consolidated under one account.
How do I close or deactivate my wholesale account?
Please email wholesale@linefriendssquare.us or reach out via live chat to request account deactivation. Any outstanding orders or invoices must be settled before deactivation is processed.
What are the terms and conditions?
LINE FRIENDS SQUARE reserves the right to modify the wholesale program at any time, including pricing, minimum order requirements, available products, and program terms. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email in advance.
