Wholesale / B2B Order Policy

Please review the following policies carefully before placing a wholesale order. By submitting an order through the LINE FRIENDS SQUARE wholesale portal, you agree to the terms outlined below. Questions? Contact your dedicated account manager or email wholesale@linefriendssquare.us.

1. Order Inquiry & Partnership Process

Online registration and portal access are for catalog browsing and order inquiries only. Submitting an inquiry through the portal does not constitute a final purchase. Upon receipt of your inquiry, our team will manually verify stock availability and contact you for further consultation. Once both parties reach an agreement on the order details, we will proceed with the formal vendor registration and wholesale agreement. Shipping, delivery, and invoicing procedures will commence in accordance with the finalized agreement once all administrative steps are completed.

2. Minimum Order Quantities

All orders are subject to a minimum of $5,000. Individual SKUs require a minimum of 20 units per SKU, with subsequent quantities ordered in increments of 10. Orders that do not meet minimums will not be processed.

3. Order Line Item Limit

B2B online orders are subject to a maximum of 250 line items per order. If your order exceeds this limit, you may split it into multiple orders through the portal. Each split order must independently meet the $5,000 minimum value.

4. Inventory Allocation

Stock availability is confirmed at the time of inquiry but is not guaranteed until the final invoice is issued and payment/agreement terms are met. Inventory is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. LINE FRIENDS SQUARE reserves the right to limit order quantities for high-demand items.

5. Shipping & Freight

All orders are, by default, for pickup from our designated warehouse (New Jersey or California) at the partner's expense. Partners are responsible for arranging their own freight and insurance. However, for orders with a total value of $50,000 or more, LINE FRIENDS SQUARE will arrange and provide complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping and delivery schedules will be finalized once all administrative steps are completed.

6. Intellectual Property & Marketing

The rights to use brand intellectual property (IP) depend strictly on the specific terms of your wholesale or licensing agreement.

  • Product Supply Only: For partners under a product supply agreement, use of brand logos and assets is limited to the resale of the physical products using provided official images only.
  • IP Licensing: Any use of brand IP beyond basic resale (e.g., customized marketing, social media campaigns, or branded content) requires a separate authorization.

In all cases, any marketing materials or assets featuring LINE FRIENDS IP must be submitted for review and receive prior written approval before release. All assets must strictly adhere to the brand's official guidelines and quality standards.

7. Pricing & Promotions

  • Promotional Codes: Discount codes and site-wide sale offers are not applicable to wholesale orders. Wholesale accounts receive pre-negotiated pricing and are not eligible for additional promotions.
  • Bundles & Sets: Pre-bundled sets available on the retail storefront cannot be ordered through the wholesale program.
  • Loyalty Points: Wholesale purchases are not eligible to earn or redeem LINE FRIENDS SQUARE Rewards loyalty points.

8. Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full according to the terms specified on the finalized invoice. If Net 60 terms have been pre-approved for your account, payment must be made within the agreed timeframe. Unpaid invoices past due may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

9. Order Modifications & Final Sale

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once the final agreement is reached. All wholesale orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective. Damage claims must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery with photo documentation to wholesale@linefriendssquare.us.

10. Resale Only — No Re-Wholesaling

Products purchased through the wholesale program are intended solely for direct resale to end consumers. Items may not be re-sold to other retailers, distributors, or any third-party wholesalers without prior written approval from LINE FRIENDS SQUARE.

FAQs

Pricing & Discounts

Can I use a promo or discount code on my wholesale order?

No — promotional codes, discount codes, and site-wide sale offers are not applicable to wholesale orders. Your account already reflects pre-negotiated wholesale pricing, and discounts cannot be stacked or combined with catalog pricing.

Can I order bundle products or gift sets through the wholesale portal?

No — pre-bundled sets and gift sets available on the retail storefront cannot be ordered through the wholesale program. All wholesale orders must be placed by individual SKU with a minimum of 20 units per SKU.

Can I earn or redeem loyalty points on wholesale orders?

No — purchases made through the wholesale account are not eligible to earn or redeem LINE FRIENDS SQUARE Rewards loyalty points. Loyalty points cannot be accumulated, transferred, or applied to wholesale orders. The loyalty program applies to retail purchases only.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you submitted an order in error, contact wholesale@linefriendssquare.us immediately — changes are not guaranteed.

Is there a limit on how many line items I can include in one order?

Yes — B2B online orders are limited to 250 line items per order. If your order exceeds this limit, you may split it into multiple orders through the wholesale portal. Returns & Resale

Can I return or exchange wholesale orders?

All wholesale orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Damage claims must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery with photo documentation to wholesale@linefriendssquare.us.

Can I re-sell wholesale products to other wholesalers or distributors?

No — products purchased through the wholesale program are for resale to end consumers only. Re-wholesaling or selling to third-party distributors is not permitted without prior written approval from LINE FRIENDS SQUARE.

Can I use wholesale products for personal use or gifting programs?

No — wholesale products are for resale purposes only and may not be used for personal use or internal gifting programs without prior written approval from LINE FRIENDS SQUARE.
