Return Policy

Returns and Standard Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for U.S. orders only. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging, with the price tag attached if applicable.

Only products purchased directly from linefriendssquare.us are eligible for return.

Online purchases must be returned through our online process and cannot be returned in stores.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.

Certain items are non-returnable. These include perishable goods (such as food or flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

A $6.99 restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of the order amount.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

All international orders and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
