BT21 CHIMMY Winter Snow Globe

Left a review and they did not post. Reached out to customer service about a damaged shipment and have not heard back in a timely manner. It’s been 2 weeks since I first contacted them and STILL NO RESOLUTION.

Ordered a whole set of these snow globes and they arrived damaged in shipment. Broken glass and water all over everything in the box. Packaged poorly for fragile items. Items were stacked against each other in the shipment instead of individually bubble wrapped for extra padding in transit. Reached out to customer service and haven’t heard back. Disappointed as these were for my collection as well as gifts.

i love everything about BTS. i bought all of the snow globes. Since discovering Line Friends, I have bought many BT21 items. They always come packaged very well. I will continue to buy items from this company.

This is so adorable!! So much bigger than I thought it'd be. Can't wait to get all the rest.
