  • At the register, give your contact details or show the staff member your digital loyalty card to add your account to the transaction
  • Confirm what loyalty reward you want to redeem, and our staff will add this to your transaction
  • Enjoy your new purchase and your loyalty points!

Loyalty Points

Yes - your loyalty points will expire, and your balance will reset to 0 after 12 months of inactivity. You will receive an email before your loyalty points expire - simply make another purchase to keep your loyalty points active
Eligible customers will have previous loyalty points from an older version of the Friends Club. These loyalty points have been transferred to your new account.
No - loyalty points only apply to purchases made after you created your account. Your details must be added to an order in-store or online to receive loyalty points for that order.


Loyalty Rewards

Currently, loyalty rewards don’t expire once they are claimed. Once a loyalty reward is claimed, the cost of that loyalty reward will be removed from your loyalty points balance, and the loyalty reward will be ready to redeem on your next purchase.
If making a purchase online, your loyalty reward will stay in a ‘claimed’ state until you are ready to redeem it. If making a purchase in-store, once your loyalty reward is added to a sale, it must be used in that transaction.
Loyalty rewards will be able to be applied to some discounted products in online orders. Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers in-store. If your order is discounted, you will only receive the amount of loyalty points equivalent to the $ spent, not the pre-discounted amount
No - loyalty rewards are only able to be redeemed once and must be used in their entirety. If you redeem a loyalty reward on an order less than the amount of the loyalty reward, the remaining balance will be lost
No - loyalty rewards cannot be refunded to your account once they have been redeemed. Any loyalty points earned on an order that is later refunded will be automatically removed from your account


Loyalty Tiers

Loyalty tier membership is based on $ spent within a calendar year (1st January-31st December). You will automatically move up our loyalty tiers once you meet the entry requirements.
Once you are in a loyalty tier, you will remain in the loyalty tier for the rest of that calendar year and the following calendar year. To maintain your loyalty tier status after this, you must meet the entry requirements.


General

Some online customers will have previous loyalty points from an older version of the loyalty program. These loyalty points have been transferred to your new account.
No - you can only log in with an email address, or a connected Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Simply make a purchase in-store or online using your email address, and you will instantly start earning loyalty points! You can also create an account on the website or through the loyalty portal to join without making a purchase.
Yes - without an email address, you cannot receive loyalty notifications or log into your customer loyalty account. Once your account is created, you can add a mobile number as well as an email address.
Log in to your account through our online loyalty portal, then click ‘Refer a Friend’ under the ‘Earn’ tab to display your unique link.Send this link to a friend, then they will enjoy a discount on their first purchase once they have accepted your link and created an account. Once they have shopped, you will receive your bonus loyalty points.
Bonus loyalty points from referring a friend will be automatically added to your account once your friend has clicked your unique link, created their account, and made their first purchase using their referred friend discount.
LINE FRIENDS SQUARE Rewards Program will use your email address as a way to identify you in all LINE FRIENDS SQUARE locations. As long as your email address is the same for all orders in any location, you will only have one account.
